LIMITED BATTERY WARRANTY

This limited warranty is extended only to you, the original purchaser. THIS IS A PRORATED LIMITED  WARRANTY AND NOT A FULL WARRANTY. ONLY THE WARRANTY THAT IS EXPRESSLY GRANTED BELOW IS EXTENDED TO YOU THE ORIGIONAL PURCHASER.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY

Batteries eligible to be covered by this Limited Warranty are warranted to the original purchaser from the date of sale for the stated period shown at place of purchase. Should the battery fail The prorated warranty is calculated by dividing the price paid for the reconditioned battery by the consumed months in service. Charges to the original owner are based on the actual number of months of service delivered by the battery. (A portion of any one month is considered a whole month.) If the same model battery is not available, the battery will again be reconditioned. This process can take up to 1 week. If the battery cannot be reconditioned the remaining unused months will be refunded my mail (allow 2 to 3 weeks) to the original purchaser by using the same calculations above to determine the unused warranted months. No other compensation is assumed or related within the warranty period.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty does not apply to discharged batteries that can be recharged and returned to service; labor costs for battery removal and installation; labor costs for other damage or repair caused by the battery; batteries that have been opened, frozen, or damaged due to neglect or abuse including fire, wreckage, or explosion; batteries with electrolyte other than as recommended by factory; batteries that fail as a result of a faulty electrical system; batteries of an electrical size smaller than the one specified by the vehicle manufacturer; used in applications for which it was not designed; nor in cases where it was installed and/or charged incorrectly. The warranty does not cover failures that occur outside the United States. Service calls, towing, loss of time, inconvenience, and loss of use of the vehicle, lost wages, lost profits, or any other CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES which are hereby specifically excluded from this warranty. Warranty does not cover replacement of battery if the battery is unable to be reconditioned and or damaged in the process. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Unless otherwise precluded by law, this limited warranty shall require no more than the reconditioning of the subject battery at a pro-rated price paid in advance of warranty work by the purchaser for services to be rendered.

UNSUCCESSFUL RECONDITIONING OF BATTERIES

After external testing by our technician determines your lead acid batteries chances for successful reconditioning are good the plastic cover over the cells on maintenance free batteries must be drilled in order to access the cell interior and attempt to recondition the battery successfully. If your battery is unsuccessfully reconditioned you owe nothing and are due nothing for the service. The battery will be disposed of, or you may elect to have the un-reconditioned battery back. All cells will be re-caped to prevent accidental loss of the acids into the environment. Should you elect to have the un-reconditioned battery back you are solely responsible for safe and legal disposal of the battery. In the event a battery is destroyed in the process of reconditioning it will not be returned to you the consumer and will be safely disposed of.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

You must keep a copy of the original purchase invoice and present it, along with the battery to the seller, when seeking a replacement or reconditioned battery under this warranty. You must return the battery to that place of purchase for all warranty services. BATTERY WARRANTY CHECK PROCESS

All batteries returned to the place of purchase for warranty purposes will be tested. To accurately test a battery it must be charged. If your battery is discharged, the battery will be charged. Normal time to recharge would be 1 to 6 hours. If the battery requires service the process can take up to 5 days. If returned to Battery Power The battery is not warrantable if it is only discharged.
